HESTA supports 3,500+ members in crisis with Infoxchange

HESTA, a specialist industry super fund for the health and community services sector, observed an increase in members needing emergency relief due to financial hardship and other challenging circumstances. To support these members experiencing vulnerability or crisis, HESTA partnered with Infoxchange to utilize its Ask Izzy service.

Infoxchange implemented a solution by launching a dedicated page and direct link to Ask Izzy on the HESTA website. This allowed members to be connected with professional support services in their local area. The results exceeded expectations, with Infoxchange reporting that more than 3,500 HESTA members have accessed Ask Izzy since the launch.
