Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) faced a significant challenge with its outdated IT infrastructure, which consisted of ageing hardware and software managed by a single staff member. This led to frequent system crashes, an inability to access critical systems, and a constant risk of data loss. To address this, ECMS engaged vendor Infoxchange for a cloud migration solution.

Infoxchange moved ECMS's systems to the cloud, implementing Microsoft Office 365, Yammer, and Skype for Business to facilitate collaboration. The solution included updated PCs and tablets for staff, along with an extranet for remote access and ongoing IT support. As a result, Infoxchange successfully connected and trained 700 staff members on the new systems, transforming from only a third of the workforce using email to a fully connected organization and allowing ECMS to focus on providing high-quality early education.
