Community Living Association boosts data confidence with Infoxchange in a 1-team pilot

Community Living Association Inc (CLA) provides parenting support to parents with intellectual disabilities. Their challenge was that funding changes threatened their Grow Together program, and they needed a stronger, more credible data story not just for reporting, but to effectively advocate for families whose experiences are often misrepresented in mainstream data systems. They partnered with Infoxchange through the Data Catalyst Network to address this.

Infoxchange co-designed a practical outcomes framework, developed an accessible dashboard, and delivered tailored data capability building for CLA staff. This solution allowed CLA to build data confidence, see patterns more easily, and communicate credible results to funders. As a result, Infoxchange helped CLA collect and share meaningful data, strengthening their advocacy and positioning them to make better decisions and secure funding.
