Australian Institute of Health and Welfare improves homelessness reporting for 1,200 services with Infoxchange

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) needed to collect consistent, nationwide data on homelessness to better inform federal policy. Their challenge was to implement a common client and case management system that was easy for users with low digital literacy to operate and that would improve the efficiency of reporting for specialist homelessness services. They partnered with Infoxchange to develop this solution.

Infoxchange designed and implemented the specialist homelessness information platform. This solution provided the Federal Government with its first clear view of the issue through quality real-time data, which continues to inform policy. The platform is used by 1,200 services, has improved the wellbeing of over 1.1 million Australians, and significantly increased operational efficiency across the sector.
