Infovista deployed a one‑stop Carrier Ethernet service assurance platform with MEF‑compliant customer reporting and individualized dashboards, creating a single API XO can query. The platform cut troubleshooting time, accelerated time‑to‑market, improved the professionalism of SLA reporting and customer intimacy, and reduced churn risk; it also delivers daily hotspot and early‑warning reports that enable capacity planning up to 90 days in advance. After a successful proof of concept, XO expanded the Infovista solution to more devices and services with potential extension to application performance monitoring.
