InfoTrust Delivers Comprehensive Analytics and Tag Management Solution to Large Fitness Company

Large Fitness Company, a fast-growing American fitness center franchiser and operator, needed a more comprehensive analytics and tag management setup across corporate, franchisee, and agency levels. Before working with InfoTrust and its Tag Inspector product, the company relied on corporate-only Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts and an in-house tag database at the franchise level, making it difficult to measure revenue, manage tags, and gain visibility into individual club performance.

InfoTrust built a custom Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager architecture, performed tag audits and governance setup with Tag Inspector, and migrated more than 14,000 tags into Google Tag Manager. InfoTrust also created and deployed over 1,900 GTM containers and Google Analytics properties, more than 7,500 views, and standardized tracking for roll-up and club-level reporting. The result was improved data accuracy, easier bulk tag deployment, better access for over 200 clubs, and real-time monitoring to support consistent analytics and a better user experience.
