Reliant Funding, a San Diego-based provider of customized short-term working capital to small and mid-sized businesses, used Tableau embedded in Salesforce to support sales reps with data-driven queues. However, with native Tableau, users often had to export data to Excel to filter, sort, and drill into records the way they needed, so the BI team looked to Infotopics and its SuperTables Tableau extension for a more usable tabular experience.

Infotopics implemented SuperTables so Reliant Funding’s sales team could filter, sort, pivot, and drill down directly in Tableau, eliminating the need for external Excel files.
