Samsung, a major international consumer electronics company, faced slow, expensive and manual research reporting—relying on static crosstabs, PowerPoint decks and outside vendors that left executives waiting weeks for answers. To speed time-to-insight and regain control of its research, Samsung engaged Infotools and adopted the Infotools Harmoni cloud platform to better integrate and visualize market research data.
