Kellogg’s, the global food company with more than 30,000 employees across 180+ countries, needed a better way to foster enterprise collaboration, break down silos, and share information consistently across regions and business units. To address this challenge, Kellogg’s partnered with Infosys to launch K Connect, a new intranet portal and collaboration platform.
Infosys built K Connect on Microsoft SharePoint, migrated content from more than 2,000 legacy databases, websites, and applications, and led a two-year change management and training program to drive adoption. The solution rolled out across 5 regions and 17 countries in just 19 weeks, replacing multiple legacy systems with a single portal that reduced communications overhead, improved global information sharing, and helped Kellogg’s onboard acquisitions faster.
