Infosys implemented the Intelligent Shopper Solution using analytics and web-based reporting tools to analyze billions of transaction records and deliver a single view of the consumer. The platform reduced report turnaround from hours or days to minutes and helped retailers and CPG companies improve decision-making and personalized marketing, with reported sales increases of up to 5%.
