Long Term Care Partners (LTCP), one of the largest federal long-term care administrators, needed to modernize its legacy CARE system, which ran on IBM AS/400, DB2, and PowerBuilder. The project delivered a scalable, secure system and reduced total cost of ownership and maintenance effort by up to 25%, while improving employee productivity by up to 20% and cutting system administrator workload by up to 80%.
