Infosec implemented SecurityIQ’s phishing and malware modules, a built-in phishing simulator, targeted user segmentation by country/department/job function, and customizable reporting. The global rollout trained thousands of staff, enabled automated, staggered phishing campaigns that tracked susceptibility and improvement over multiple runs, and provided compliance-ready reports—delivering measurable improvements in phishing resilience and demonstrable ROI, per Westcon’s leadership.
