Concord Technologies, a Seattle-based company that delivers more than a billion healthcare documents a year, faced the challenge of building consistent security awareness across roughly 150 geographically dispersed employees and a network of vendors in highly regulated industries. To address this, Concord partnered with Infosec and deployed the Infosec IQ platform for ongoing phishing training and awareness campaigns.

Using Infosec IQ (including random phishing simulations and the PhishNotify button) and a vendor security program, Concord ran baseline and ongoing campaigns that reinforced training on the spot and extended learning to partners. As a result — per Concord — there have been no malware infections since deployment, reporting of suspected phishes has become more reliable, and security behaviors (locking computers, proper badging) and vendor readiness have measurably improved thanks to Infosec.
