Leidos more than doubles cybersecurity training seats with Infosec

Leidos, a science and technology solutions provider, faced a significant challenge in attracting and retaining top cybersecurity talent due to a competitive industry-wide shortage. To address this, they partnered with Infosec and implemented its Infosec Skills platform to support their new CyberEDGE Academy training program.

Infosec provided a tailored solution using Infosec Skills, which offered self-paced, flexible learning and hands-on labs mapped to NICE Work Roles. This allowed Leidos to create personalized training plans for employees. The results were highly successful; usage of the platform more than doubled and, most importantly, employee retention rates for cybersecurity roles increased as staff felt more valued and invested in.
