Integris, a large managed services provider (MSP) serving over 1,800 clients, sought to enhance its own cybersecurity posture and that of its clients against increasing threats, particularly for smaller businesses that are lucrative targets. As part of developing a virtual CISO practice, the company needed a scalable and affordable security awareness training solution to integrate into its service offerings and internal culture.

Infosec provided its security awareness training program, which Integris implemented for its own employees and resold to its clients. The solution included online training modules with tracking and a PhishNotify button for reporting suspicious emails. As a result, Integris employees became more vigilant, and the program became a key cybersecurity metric. Infosec’s solution made it significantly easier for Integris to convince clients of all sizes to invest in critical security training, strengthening their overall security architecture.
