The City of Dublin, Ohio partnered with Information Transport Solutions to improve network access across the city, support economic development, and strengthen public safety. Facing the need for secure, always-available connectivity for businesses, police, and city staff, the city wanted a wireless solution that could also improve mobility and citizen services.

Information Transport Solutions helped implement a Cisco-based citywide wireless network, including Cisco Wireless Mesh, Unified Communications, and security tools. The first phase covered four square miles in Dublin’s core, enabling mobile voice, video, and data access for city employees and businesses, reducing cellular and fiber costs, and making network administration more efficient through easier moves, adds, and changes.
