Information Transport Solutions implemented a highly available, centrally managed IP network using Cisco CallManager and Cisco IP Contact Center to support voice, data, and customer contact services. The new environment improved network performance by 10% to 25%, reduced management and telecommunications costs, and helped State Street consolidate more than 50 PBX systems and multiple mail systems into far fewer platforms, increasing productivity and business agility.
