Information Builders provided Delaware County Community College (DCCC) a business intelligence solution to address limited, hard-to-access Banner system data that was hindering planning, assessment and performance-based funding efforts. Using the WebFOCUS suite (InfoAssist, Active Technologies), Professional Services and training, DCCC deployed dashboards and financial reporting tools that integrate Banner, SQL Server and flat-file data while enforcing role-based security. The result: more users can access timely student and financial information for planning and assessment, faster budget processes, improved cohort tracking and a growing, data-driven culture with measurable benefits and planned expansion across campus.
