St. Luke’s University Health Network is a non-profit, regional health system operating seven hospitals and more than 270 outpatient sites. Faced with dozens of disparate clinical, financial, and operational data sources, the organization lacked a single, trusted view of information to support quality improvement, cost management, and value-based care initiatives.

St. Luke’s built an enterprise data warehouse, “Insights,” using Information Builders’ Omni-HealthData and WebFOCUS, taking a business-driven approach that ran BI, data integration, and MDM in parallel.
