Information Builders’ WebFOCUS platform (using the SAP adapter) staged ERP data, delivered interactive dashboards and proactive stoplight/email alerts, and enabled drill-through to SAP and Excel reporting. The centralized system reduced manual reporting, recovered revenue, improved on‑time delivery and billing accuracy, and increased customer satisfaction—now used by roughly 300 parts and purchasing users.
