Renown Health, northern Nevada’s largest not‑for‑profit integrated health network, needed a way for administrators and managers to access clinical and financial statistics to monitor productivity, staffing and the organization’s bottom line. Leaders required timely, role‑based views of admissions, procedures, payroll and budget data—pulled from Epic and other systems—to enforce accountability, comply with state reporting and inform physician contracting.
