Paycor is a Cincinnati-based HR and payroll provider serving more than 25,000 small- and mid-sized businesses with over 800 employees and about $100M in annual revenue. To differentiate its cloud HR suite and give clients a more comprehensive view of HR operations, Paycor needed embedded business intelligence with advanced analysis and data visualization beyond basic regulatory reports.

Paycor integrated Information Builders’ WebFOCUS (via web services, InfoApps and ReportCaster) into its products to unify data, enable intuitive ad hoc reporting, dynamic scheduling and rich visualizations without on-premises installs. The embedded BI drove broader adoption (reaching about 45% of the client base), opened new revenue streams, improved customer satisfaction and retention, and helped Paycor gain market share and industry recognition.
