Insperity Deploys Standardized, Expanded Online Reporting

Insperity, a leading professional employer organization serving small and mid-size businesses, needed to standardize its in‑house business intelligence and expand online reporting for clients and worksite employees. The company wanted a secure, web‑based, menu‑driven reporting environment that would let clients self‑serve personnel, payroll and benefits information while integrating with existing security and scheduling systems.

Insperity deployed Information Builders’ WebFOCUS with Professional Services, using LDAP single sign‑on and integrations to pull existing security tables, and developed about 30 customizable web reports and predefined menus. The result is a secure, scalable enterprise reporting platform that reduced operational overhead, improved client service and self‑service access (including PDF/Excel outputs), and now supports thousands of client companies and tens of thousands of worksite employees.
