Globalvia Drives Transformation and Growth Processes Via WebFOCUS

Globalvia, a Madrid‑based global infrastructure concessions manager operating 29 geographically dispersed highways, railways, ports and hospital projects, faced fragmented financial and operational data, no governing data policy, and unclear roles across concessions. To improve decision‑making and corporate transformation under its Prometheus/Delphi initiatives, the company needed to consolidate and standardize data and processes into a single management model.

With support from Capgemini and everis, Globalvia implemented Information Builders’ WebFOCUS analytics and integration stack (including iWay DataMigrator, Portal, InfoAssist, ReportCaster and Active Technologies) to deliver balanced scorecards and 45+ responsive dashboards. The result was unified, real‑time business information accessible on desktop and mobile, clearer alignment of goals, standardized processes across concessions, and improved transparency and control—enabling expansion to additional departments and external stakeholders.
