CWB National Leasing, a 40‑year‑old leader in equipment financing across Canada, needed to unify disparate data from receivables management, credit and leasing systems to give decision‑makers a single source of truth and support mission‑critical workflows across the business.

Using Information Builders’ WebFOCUS platform (with InfoAssist, ReportCaster and Quick Data) CWB implemented 11 role‑based operational dashboards, governed self‑service “silver service” analytics, a SQL Server data warehouse and scheduled reporting (including Salesforce integration and metadata security). The solution drove broad adoption—about 300 of 350 employees—streamlined credit reviews and accounts‑receivable processes, eliminated manual reporting tasks, and delivered faster, better decisions and measurable productivity gains.
