Bridgewater Bank, a Calgary-based Canadian Schedule I bank with about $2.85 billion in assets and over 39,000 accounts, faced inconsistent reporting and limited ability to drill into or visualize data across finance, operations, marketing and lending. Managers needed a single analytic system to encourage collaboration, monitor KPIs, enforce consistent definitions, and give employees at all levels reliable, actionable information.
