Bolloré Logistics Improves Reporting and Analysis With WebFOCUS

Bolloré Logistics, a full‑service arm of the Bolloré Group operating in 90 countries, needed better visibility into HR costs that represent nearly 60% of its operating budget. To maximize financial and operational performance the company launched the RHEA project to create a unified HR reporting and analysis solution that would serve finance, HR and operational managers.

Information Builders implemented WebFOCUS to deliver a single, consistent BI environment—integrating payroll, workforce/productivity and HR dashboards with drill‑down and effect‑analysis capabilities. The solution (used by ~300 users) improved payroll control and workforce rollup quality, enabled self‑service reporting, protected sensitive data through integrated security, and has been rolled out across multiple countries (covering about 25% of the workforce and 80% of branches).
