Boise Cascade, a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of engineered wood products and plywood, faced limited visibility into millions of dollars in annual rebates and fragmented data across sales, production, inventory and other functions. Accountants relied on Excel and reporting tools that couldn’t provide fine-grained or timely analysis, leaving managers without the insights needed to evaluate profitability or forecast rebate liabilities.
