When Data Is Gold Stuller Manages Millions of Jewelry Products with Informatica

Stuller, a Lafayette, Louisiana–based omnichannel wholesaler founded in 1970, supplies next‑day delivery to more than 40,000 jewelry professionals worldwide. As customization exploded, its catalog grew into 4.5 million SKUs with roughly 1,300 attributes, and a prior PIM effort failed to deliver a consolidated, high‑quality product view needed by sales, marketing, and the call center.

Working with partner Infoverity, Stuller implemented Informatica MDM – Product 360 and Informatica Data Quality to validate and populate product data, enforce clear attribute rules, and give business users a role‑based interface for collaboration. The result: more accurate and searchable product information, faster call‑center service, reduced product‑management effort, richer catalog descriptions, and improved e‑commerce and catalog sales potential.
