V and B is a French franchise chain that blends a wine cellar and pub experience across more than 210 locations and ~3,000 products. Facing rising competition, fragmented systems, manual product-entry and stock-reordering processes, and a need to become a true omnichannel retailer, the company needed centralized visibility into inventory and a way to modernize e-commerce without costly POS replacements or extensive custom development.
