The Travel Corporation (TTC) is a global travel and leisure group operating in 60+ countries with 35 offices, more than 10,000 staff and 30 brands serving over 1.5 million customers annually. TTC struggled with a manual, change‑resistant CRM that required a team of eight developers, needed integration of 50+ disparate systems (Oracle data warehouse, e‑commerce flat files, multiple reservation systems), and faced duplicate records, competing “truths,” insufficient Salesforce hierarchies and an aggressive deadline to deliver trusted, multi‑view customer data for sales and marketing.
TTC implemented Informatica Cloud MDM for Salesforce to automate processes, consolidate data and prevent duplicates, with a small internal team and a single vendor managing the rollout. The solution went live within months, cut daily data import time from 36 hours to 60 minutes, enabled multi‑dimensional YOY reporting and faster territory and account setup for 500+ users, and delivered a single, 360‑degree customer view across channels.
