The New York Foundling is a 150‑year‑old nonprofit serving more than 30,000 children, adults, and families with 2,800 staff across ~200 sites. As it scales toward a much larger collaborative care network, the organization faced fragmented systems—including multiple EHRs—growing data volumes, and heavy administrative burdens that limited staff time with clients. Their goals were to securely share patient records across partners, enable mobile access for field teams, automate manual tasks, and unlock digital‑transformation insights.

To meet those goals The Foundling standardized on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, using Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration alongside UiPath RPA and Celonis process mining.
