Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan (CDPHP) is a physician-founded nonprofit health insurer serving about 350,000 members that must meet strict federal, state, and payer reporting requirements for Medicare and Medicaid. Faced with a growing volume of data from providers, government agencies, Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms — and a hard three‑month deadline to deliver fresh, auditable data for daily operational reporting and CMS submissions — CDPHP needed a fast, reliable way to move nightly CRM data into its on‑premises data warehouse and into AWS for analytics and marketing.
