Visier is a cloud-based Workforce Intelligence provider that turns complex, siloed HR data into actionable analytics to help organizations recruit, retain, and plan their workforce. The company needed to capture and standardize data from a fragmented HR application landscape (PeopleSoft, Fusion HCM, ADP, SAP HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.), support over 50 enterprise customers with millions of daily/periodic row updates, and replace a serialized, labor-intensive integration process so it could serve HR and business users without heavy IT involvement.

Partnering with Informatica Cloud, Visier implemented Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Connectivity to deliver low-touch, scalable integrations and native connectors for cloud and on‑premise systems.
