With under six months to evaluate and implement a cloud MDM, PMI faced the challenge of matching, merging, cleansing, and enriching millions of records and connecting on-premises and cloud systems to deliver personalized member experiences.
PMI deployed Informatica MDM – Customer 360 on AWS, using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and Data as a Service to create golden customer records, validate and enrich contact and location data, and enable real-time integrations. Implemented in 90 days, the solution delivered a scalable data foundation that improved member insights, increased retention and revenue, accelerated application rollouts, enhanced fraud detection, and enabled location-based services for better in-person offerings.
