National Instruments, a long-established leader in automated test and measurement, moved from a product-centric to a customer- and systems-focused business and needed to modernize its B2B infrastructure. The company faced scaling EDI from about 20 to 200+ partners, migrating Manufacturing, Finance, and Commerce to a common platform, and reorganizing product and customer data to improve supplier and customer experiences.

National Instruments deployed Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and Cloud B2B Gateway to replace its legacy EDI, standardize integration templates, enable multi-tenant onboarding, and add central monitoring.
