National Health Plan is a not-for-profit part of an integrated delivery system that provides coverage to more than 375,000 members and saw membership grow 10–15% annually. Rapid growth and a complex, point-to-point IT ecosystem left patient data fragmented—with duplicate records across MEDITECH EMR and other systems—and hindered reliable analytics, governance, and staff time for strategic data use.

The plan deployed Informatica Multidomain MDM, Data Quality, and PowerCenter to build a golden master provider record, automate integrations and quality checks across 18+ sources (10 million patient records), and publish data quality metrics.
