Misys Global Trade and Risk Management, a London‑based provider of banking software serving some 2,000 banks in over 130 countries, needed to consolidate fragmented systems and processes after a period of acquisitions. The company faced siloed call centers and support functions, limited visibility into customer contracts and assets, inconsistent business intelligence, and a requirement to migrate to the cloud and integrate Salesforce with Marketo to improve lead-to-deal tracking.
