Matrimony.com Ltd operates BharatMatrimony, one of India’s largest matchmaking brands with more than 3 million active members, 140 retail centers and over a million Android installs. To scale marketing and analytics across web, mobile and retail channels, the company needed to consolidate customer payment, profile and login activity for campaign lead management, deliver enterprise and campaign reports early each morning, and support both structured and unstructured data with a single development platform for real‑time and batch integration.

Matrimony.com replaced its legacy ETL with Informatica PowerCenter and deployed Informatica Big Data Management to build a high‑performance enterprise data warehouse and data lake. The new platform eliminated downtime, enabled 5–10 additional marketing campaigns at no extra cost, and integrated large unstructured data sources to give data science and product teams faster insights while meeting daily reporting SLAs.
