Using Informatica’s MDM-Relate 360 and Big Data Management, Lippo consolidated relationship data and accelerated ingestion and integration on Hadoop to create a unified customer view. The solution enabled seamless integration of payments, loyalty and priority offers into the digital concierge, improving customer engagement and supporting Lippo’s goal of connecting people and enhancing service delivery.
