Lippo Group is a major Indonesian real estate and diversified conglomerate focused on building communities and improving customer experiences. Faced with the need to deliver a digital concierge platform, Lippo needed to integrate mobile payments, loyalty points, and exclusive priority deals across its businesses to better connect with and serve customers.

Using Informatica’s MDM-Relate 360 and Big Data Management, Lippo consolidated relationship data and accelerated ingestion and integration on Hadoop to create a unified customer view. The solution enabled seamless integration of payments, loyalty and priority offers into the digital concierge, improving customer engagement and supporting Lippo’s goal of connecting people and enhancing service delivery.
