Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific Expands Shopping Opportunities through Partnerships and a Cloud-First Strategy

Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific, part of the global Lagardère Travel Retail group, operates more than 130 outlets across 23 airports in Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia. As it expanded partner brands and retail relationships, the business struggled with hand‑coded SQL integrations and manual processes that slowed inventory planning, landlord reporting and the ability to onboard new data‑sharing partners quickly.

Working with ISW and Informatica Professional Services, the company adopted Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (Informatica Cloud Data Integration) as a cloud‑first iPaaS to connect Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP and on‑premises SQL Server data to a cloud inventory application. The automated, API‑based solution eliminated much of the custom coding, sped up reporting and BI, freed developers for strategic work, improved inventory planning and enabled faster, more reliable data sharing to support new partnerships.
