Case Study: Jones Lang LaSalle achieves global address standardization and real-time validation with Informatica (AddressDoctor)

A Informatica Case Study

Preview of the JLL Case Study

JLL - Customer Case Study

In 2008 Jones Lang LaSalle, a global commercial real estate and investment management firm, needed to standardize addresses entered into its global property and client systems so data would be cleansed and uniformly formatted before submission to corporate IT (for example, expanding “Str” to “Street” or “St” to “State”). The goal was consistent, company-wide address data across many countries.

JLL implemented AddressDoctor’s Web Services in December 2008 and later moved to the AddressDoctor Software Library; the full Software Library integration—including a new front end and Microsoft Dynamics CRM connection—took about four weeks. Today JLL verifies roughly 750,000 addresses per year across multiple countries, gaining real-time validation, global coverage, 24/7 support and significant time savings for property validation and geocoding.
