A.W. Hastings & Co., a Connecticut-based supplier of millwork and building materials with a network of 120 independent retailers, needed a single, accurate view of business data to help sales teams better target, acquire, and retain customers while providing consistent support across the Northeastern U.S. The company also wanted to reduce IT burden by enabling business users to handle cloud data integration, and to synchronize and replicate data between its cloud CRM and on‑premise systems.

Hastings deployed Informatica Cloud to integrate its on‑premise Microsoft Dynamics GP back office with Salesforce, creating a near real‑time, 360° dashboard of operations.
