RingCentral implemented Informatica Email Verification Plus Hygiene and Informatica Data as a Service, routing net-new leads through Marketo and a single gateway into Salesforce to validate addresses at acquisition. The change boosted its sender score to 96, reduced blacklist and bounce risk, eliminated redundant cleansing, and produced more reliable sales data and higher-performing email campaigns.
