Swiss Post International, the wholesale subsidiary of Swiss Post, needed to improve address management to help customers run successful international direct marketing campaigns. Their challenge was ensuring correct, deliverable addresses across many countries to boost response rates and reduce postage and processing costs.

In 2005 Swiss Post implemented AddressDoctor’s customized Data Quality Center (IAC), a browser-based address‑cleaning service covering 240+ countries, delivered in months and fully operated by AddressDoctor. The IAC provides cleansing, duplicate identification, geocoding, change-of-address and deceased checks with monthly updates—resulting in higher mail deliverability, lower cost-per-contact, a new supplemental service for customers and improved customer retention.
