HTLF's strategic shift to AI and data excellence

HTLF, a mid-sized regional bank with 11 brands across the West and Midwest, needed a more flexible, trustworthy data foundation to support organic growth, new products, and future AI initiatives. The bank faced challenges with data trust and wanted to improve data integration, householding, master data management, and governance using Informatica IDMC.

Informatica helped HTLF transition all of its data management capabilities in about three months, starting with data integration and expanding into governance and broader data controls. HTLF is now using Informatica to move data in batch and real time, replace legacy systems, and scan all data for governance, with the company saying the platform is already “moving the needle” and placing high-quality, well-governed data at the center of its AI journey.
