Years of acquisitions had left third‑party data siloed, duplicated and inconsistent, making it difficult to assess fraud and compliance risk and exposing the company to potential penalties.
Working with Informatica Professional Services and integrator Micropole, Gras Savoye deployed Informatica MDM – Customer 360 and Informatica Data Quality, integrated with Thomson Reuters screening to create a single trusted view of third parties. The solution went live in five months (July 2020) for 2 million records and 300+ users, enabling faster KYC checks, better detection and freezing of risky transactions, and a centralized, high‑quality data foundation for further digital transformation.
