The bank faced the challenge of integrating customer, product and operational data from more than 60 sources (including Salesforce and operational data stores) while ensuring data was clean, reliable and free of duplicates.
Informatica delivered a unified data integration and quality platform (including PowerCenter, PowerExchange, Data Quality, Data Explorer and Address Verification) to consolidate and cleanse data across the enterprise. The solution enabled trusted customer views, householding to identify related customers, improved segmentation for targeted cross‑sell/up‑sell, and cut average project integration time by two‑thirds.
