Coop deployed Informatica MDM – Product 360 along with Informatica MDM, Data Quality, and PowerCenter to integrate, cleanse, and manage product and customer data from multiple sources. The solution created a single source of truth that powered the e‑commerce site, improved GDPR compliance by managing PII, enabled personalized member experiences, and drove operational efficiencies that supported commercial success and stronger customer loyalty.
