Camping World, a leading U.S. RV and outdoor retailer with more than 10 million customers and 168+ locations, faced fragmented systems and millions of duplicate or stale contact records across its lines of business. Siloed applications and slow data updates made it hard to identify unique customers, causing marketing errors, duplicated promotions, delayed service, and barriers to new data-driven initiatives like personalized offers and consent management.

Using Informatica Customer 360, Camping World matched and merged 29 million customer records into single golden identities, integrated Oracle EBS, Salesforce and other source systems for near‑real‑time updates, and built a strong identifier hierarchy to prevent new duplicates.
